Dates are Korean broadcast dates (KST). Netflix usually adds each episode within hours of the tvN broadcast. In the Americas that typically means the same day (morning in the US). Exact upload times aren't published and can vary by region.

This assumes no schedule breaks. Korean networks sometimes skip a week for sports or special broadcasts. If that happens, we'll update the table.

What time is that where I live?

9:10 p.m. KST converts to:

Time zone Local broadcast time
UTC 12:10 p.m.
London (GMT) 12:10 p.m.
New York (EST, from 2026-11-01) 7:10 a.m.
Los Angeles (PST) 4:10 a.m.
Manila / Singapore 8:10 p.m.

That's the broadcast time in Korea. The Netflix upload follows after it, not at the same moment.

Where to watch 100 Days of Deception

Region Where
South Korea tvN (broadcast), TVING (replays)
Most other countries Netflix, weekly

Netflix's own Top 10 had the show in the global non-English TV chart for the week of October 19–25, so it's live in a wide range of markets. If it doesn't show up in your app, it hasn't been licensed in your country. Check your local listings rather than using workarounds. Our guide to legal ways to watch K-dramas covers alternatives.

What is 100 Days of Deception about?

It's a period spy romance set in 1930s Gyeongseong (Seoul) under Japanese colonial rule, and one of tvN's flagship dramas for its 20th anniversary, according to Korea JoongAng Daily.

  • Kim You-jung plays Lee Ga-kyung, a street pickpocket recruited by the independence movement to infiltrate the Government-General's office as an interpreter.
  • Park Jinyoung (GOT7) plays Kim Tae-woong, the adopted son of a senior colonial official, who returns to the city as a translator.

The characters switch between Korean, Japanese, English and Chinese, which is part of the fun. Supporting cast includes Kim Hyun-joo, Jin Seon-kyu and Lee Moo-saeng.

How is it doing in Korea?

Very well, and it's still growing:

Date Episode Nationwide rating (Nielsen Korea)
2026-10-10 1 5.3%, the best tvN weekend premiere of 2026
2026-10-25 6 9.5%, a series high at the time and first in its time slot
2026-10-31 7 7.2%, its best Saturday so far
2026-11-01 8 9.8%, a new series high (listed on DramaWiki from Nielsen Korea; not yet reported by Soompi)

Doctor X dominates the Friday–Saturday slot, but 100 Days of Deception is the weekend drama with momentum. It's also had a few weeks in Netflix's global non-English Top 10.

For context, here's the same night (October 25) across the other weekend dramas, per Nielsen Korea via Soompi:

Drama Network 2026-10-25 rating
Love on the Menu KBS2 16.3% (most-watched show of the day)
100 Days of Deception tvN 9.5%
Final Table JTBC 2.4%
A Love Other Than Yours KBS2 1.9%

KBS2's family weekend drama always pulls the biggest raw numbers, so the useful comparison is against other cable dramas. Against those, 9.5% is a strong figure for tvN, and a big reason the network chose this show to mark its 20th anniversary.

A catch-up plan if you're starting today

  • Before Saturday: episodes 1–8, two a night for four nights.
  • November 7–8: watch episodes 9 and 10 as they air.
  • From there: watch live with everyone else. You'll be spoiler-safe for the last six episodes.

Each episode runs about 70 minutes, so two a night is a comfortable pace.

Should you start now or wait for the finale?

Our advice is to start now. Spy stories reward week-by-week watching because so much depends on who knows what. Avoiding spoilers for four more weeks is harder than keeping up with eight episodes. If you'd rather binge, block out the weekend of November 29. Sixteen episodes at roughly 70 minutes each is about 18–19 hours of TV.
